I dont know what else needs to be in there. I did a factory reset and lost all the data I had. So I am trying to figure out the info.

Can some one tell me what I need to enter in the 1,2,3,4?

Forget about entering info there
Just go into channel search and set up your sats there

I have attached a screen shot of my channel search.

Can someone tell me if my settings are correct?

The problem I am having is that I cant see any channels.. I got a private key from someone here and noting..

When I see my Net Applications I says connected I double check my user name, IP address and password given, but noting.

If I go to channel 101 I do see the infomercial channel, but no other channel works.

I also updated my Nano Premium SE file to the most recent and noting...

we dont know what hardware you have so its impossible to say.Can you post a pic of your lnb?
a common setting would have 119 ,diseq on and port assigned to 1,use tp freq 12297
same for 110 but port set to 2 tp freq set to 12224

connected in net application only means your home network is ok
