NANO reciever on rocket

hi guys I have a nano on the rocket server it went downyesterday I changed the server name and port like it said on there on the website ,didn't work what other options do u I have or for other servers that I can buy thanx

Probably try a factory default(redownload your channels).
If not did you try hard reboot (turning the receiver off by the back).
Or maybe soft reboot(function 1 on remote).

its says connected but i cant to the server ,this is my settings 3.rocketserver.tv. and port 395333.thanx

connected has nothing to with the server
press the info button and it will say connection: 1 2 3 or 4
That is your connection to the server

the reason it shows connected.because you are connected, but to your network not the server.now try and use the port that was assigned to you when you bought the codes...also check your codes to see if they are active..let me ask you, are you also adding the dot at the end of your domain name?cause if you are that might be your problem..:noidea: just sayin..
