solid blue light

hey guy i have ynnxbox ultra . i can not turn off and on by remote control and it shown solid blue light on screen and i try hard boot still shown sold blue light . it got stock

What software version are you on?

First pull out tuner and see if it boots up. If you still get solid blue light you may need to recover from loader pull out your serial cable.
