Linkbox 8000 hd Local supports?

what happened to the group that supports that were pulling the 133 to the linkbox local bin and have done nothing and the other box already pulled it removed was completed the support or have not been able to repair the order people to asked,without support, there is no sale

3 Weeks ago they said that they going to release the bin 133 the other box have and for the local pulled an nothing the more important in a box is the support no support there is no sales and by the silence of the group is giving the support since there are many orders in the Forum of American and not an extruded nothing and in the Forum I have not seen more to people who pushed the case that lets say I was beta tester a box that I won't mensional binaries.Shame it's a good box and tremendous image but the coder if they do something and below who have capacity for fix reported failures box will stay back and the sale is goin to the floor, hopefully I hope to be wrong

Seems to have dropped from planet earth it hoes like this though release a couple files boxes start selling again make one or two more improvements get them moving again
I know 2 fta dealers not buying anymore as they are tough to sell
Box needs to improve quiet a bit for end users to brag and get them selling again mho
