I have a nano premium. As suggested in another post learned they have freezing issues when others don't. Any suggestion for a new box?

I don't think it's the receiver it's either your provider rocket, nfsp, or other provider. or it's your connection.

each box has its own quirk .. in other words issues.. decide which issues you can put up with

My main issue is a lot of freezing. It can get to much for the kids and wife. Then they start on me. If I could reduce the freezing I would be doing pretty good.

nfps/rocket doesn't work well with any of the cousins and they have so stated

the days of sd boxes are numbered, so definitely buy a hd box

I would think the place to start would be not to buy a new box, but figure out why the box you have has issues. One might do a wireshark capture of the web comms for instance. This is a testing site rather than a "throw money at the problem" site. If the box truely was obsolete or dead I could see starting with a new box, but the problem listed?
