i need help

my ilink 9000+ is not connecting to the network. Sometimes I have a yellow blinking light in the Ethernet port but no green. I have upgraded the software multiple times but still no change. Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.:bawl:

Try turning off ilink and modem/router. Turn on modem/router and let it come all the way up before turning on ilink.
