I know I can use my Iphone on my laptop and my cpu to get internet , but can my wireless router pick up the internet signal from my iphone so I can run my netfilx and my iks on my tv??

It' would be the other way around, the Iphone would be connected via WIFI to your WIFI router, and through it to the internet, all you need to do is turn the WIFI on in the phones menu and assign the security codes that your WIFI router uses.

Just like hooking a laptop up to the internet via WIFI.

no I want to hook my router to pick up the internet off my iphone , not my iphone getting internet off my router

OK, I think you have to use an Iphone USB cable to connect it to a laptop, I think there is a data transfer app for the Iphone, then connect the laptop to the router by it's NIC, then by configuring the WIFI card and the laptops NIC as a bridged connection you go through it to the routers WAN connection, it can't be done via WIFI, Iphone directly to the router.
