Constant Freezing please help

I'm running a lime sat ultra v2 and I'm changing ports like crazy theres alot of freezing lately. What do I have to do to stop the freezing. Could it be a cable issue or private server issue?

I am having the same issue of freezing for about 2 weeks or more as well, with my limesat ultra.
I also have a sonicview 360P and it runs very smooth with very minor freezing, not worth mentioning &
I am using the same provider on both.

Can anyone provide some suggestions as to the reason for this?

make sure you have japan server turned off
and if you have more than one server try turning it off also
