Nano lite freezing horribly!

Hi does anyone no what to do to fix consisting freezing on my nano elite? Get into show and FREEZE ,FREEZE so annoying can't watch anything GRR!! I have did back reboot on receiver and also router reboot and still keeps doing it consistently. Even did f1 reboot and still the same!! My signal is 95 and my quality is 95 also. I have for files is
Sw:sky2.09 (jan12)LDR 1.13
HW 2.0 DRIVER : 1.00
If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated and curious to know if others are doing the same as my nano lite .

put 00000 in any other server port(just use 1)

Ive tried that tonight and still freezes like crazy. To top it all now i can get bev to come in at all! Finally got dn in. Very confusing. I do no my nano lite has the options to have 4 private servers.
