how to factory reset i9100

how do I factory reset i9100? it asks for a passwd and i'm not aware that I put any? is there a standard passwd?

tried that. it didn't work. the screen doesn't move from the password screen so I presume its incorrect.

whats my other option? a reload of software? noooooo...
