Yearly IKS and N.O.I

My friend has an Nfusion (with N.O.I) and I just got him yearly. (I have had it for a while but with a nano premium)
When all the info is put in....username, pass, etc. and he hits start, it says to check the format in the settings.
Is it set up differently with N.O.I versus what I have?
Was on the phone with him and everything seems good.
Any help appreciated.

with noi, he needs to put a . in between the des key, ex, 01.02 ect
make sure he has done that

you mean a colon, not a period

LOL....Forgot all about that....Ill let him know to try that and get back.....

Yup....that was the prob....except for he had to reset router, receiver and N.O.I.
