Hello Jynxbox user.
I ran into problem with my Jynx V2 for several weeks now and couldnt get it working. Here are the problems
I have a Dish HD with DPP 44 and power inserter using my old SV 8000 HD working fine but when I replace over the Jynxbox and it doesnt work even I tried to load from bin 237 to bin 243 and still no luck. I noticed some TP have signal and scan. The channels are coming in but when it come to HD TP on 119 and 129 the scan doesnt pick up the channels so my thought was the issue of the JB 200. So the new JB 200 is on it way. I also have an ATSC card to on the second slot which is for local HD channel because those channels is not open eg. WTTE Columbus and other few channels because I like to watch morning news. How ever when I switch to DTV the Jynx always reboot itself and I mean this is when the Jynx working before. My last question is there is a JB DVB-S2 card out there and I have been reading alot of Jynxbox post and see it any one have the same issue as mine to solve the Jynxbox problem. One of the post some one say that the JB DVB-S2 is for other sattlite.

The JB DVB-S2 is intended for systems that use the dvb-s2 protocol. DN and BEV don't use that for HD, so it probably won't help in your situation.

The DVB-S2 card is for True FTA HD on C-Band and Ku Band satellites. It will also get SD on bev/dish.

The JB200 card is for HD on bev/dish.

The dvbs-2 module is for sats such as 125°w that is used for alternative sats in locations w/ limited sat footprints of DN or B3V.

So the DVB-S2 doesnt help much if you use 110 119 129 sat Dish HD correct. but hopefully the new JB 200 will resolve my problem with the Jynxbox unless the main board is no good.

That is correct.

May I suggest that you need to do a manual TP-by-TP scan. Works for me every time and I get all the channels. Takes some time but works.

I did that too Aeonflux. Did manually scan but not all the TP works when it comes too HD TP and get no channels but it still work on some TP that is SD channels. So I have absolutely no clue with this Jynxbox. Right now I am watching all the channels on my old SV 8000 HD mean while awaiting for the new JB 200 on the way.

About the power inserter... you can't use it in-line with the Jynxbox, many have tried, including me to do that, and its known that a SV8000 has no issue with that. You can put the output of the power inserter into port 1, and connect the jynxbox into port 2, which should provide enough power for the internal switch.
