ILink 9500 welcome locked

It's been so locked at Welcome on unit display It can't recognized the USB stick or the RS232 to service it.

Is this the end of STB?

Usb stick has to be formatted and file drag and drop, not send .///Using cable turn box on from rear at the same time hit loader. good luck

Box locks before it can read USB. Same for null cable connected to computor
