well as was pointed out by a staff member johnnytest was on site yesterday. he posted no update, the last update posted was a C & P from blindman and that was a week old. he never answered any ones PM. Doesn't take but a minute to post something. We can't even get an update from the staff here that are on his staff at his site cuz he hasn't told them anything. I think the red guys should look into this a little bit closer, and contact him to find out his intentions, and give him a chance to make good If he doesn't then I think it would be appropriate to suspend his account. try to remember it's your members that are having problems with him. I know we all take a chance on what we do, but put a stop to him before any one else has the same problems

not defending johnnytest but he did say downtime would be credited to his customers and really don't think he is going to screw anyone, if he was i suspect bev would be down as well, if he would just pop in and post something about what's happening good or bad it would go a long way as to how people view him, he had a good rep before this outage, with the negative feedback going on he is just hurting his service and come time to renew or sign up for a server people will just bypass ultimate and go for one of the hundreds of other servers available nowadays

Good comes with the bad i guess, wasnt about to have full out arguments with users in forums, so sometimes, saying nothing at first is the best thing.

I Understand his apprehension about coming with no news, good or bad. and I believe he has understood and learned a good business lesson. And I hope all these server guys learned something. no matter what's going on keep your clients informed. and I believe he learned once he showed up and posted and returned pm's, it wasn't that bad. he was getting ddos'd real heavy but the system he is putting in place will hopefully keep that to a minimum cuz when it was running it was a great service.

Did you find a reseller that hold new setting for DN on ultimate. Good luck, as far as I am concerned, I will wait to renew my sub with those fellows. DN is down for more than a week the tunnel look black. It is hazardous to consider sign with ultimate now.
