Saving sat file - channel list on usb

How can i save new sat file - channel list on usb so i may load it on my limesat???
my friend gets more channels on his..

To save your Channel List....
1) Go To Menu
2) Channel Options
3) Channel Organization
4) Upload option - make sure it's on Channel only
5) Exit, Then go To
6) Multimedia
7) USB menu
8) Upload (click yellow button)
9) On Upload Click OK
10) Do you want to upload database - Yes
