Viewsat 9000 hd channels issues

Is mine Viewsat 9000hd dead or there is a fix for it.

I started loosing channels and transponders few days ago, it is able to get quality on 2-3 transponder on each satellite. 110-119, and none on 129.

I switched it with Viewsat extreme and I'm able to get Quality on all the transponders, 110 -119, and on one transponder on 129, without changing anything of the setup.

try toggling the "Ext Tuner" option on/off/on and see if quality returns, the VS9000 HD has a bug where sometimes the 8psk module (Ext Tuner) will show "ON" in menu settings but is off and toggling on/off and back on usually fixes it,
if not you might want to look at the 8psk module itself

i disconnected the 8psk module and no quality again. the only quality i get is on ch. 12239 ,SAT 110.
