Awarded attorney lawsuit versus FTA boxes, etc...?

About a year ago there was some type of legal award placed on the FTA box companies, etc... and many users were supposedly to either pay a certain amount of money or be sued and taken to court for a much larger amount. Does anyone know if this lawsuit action actually played itself out as 100% legitimate or not?

unless this is something new that I never heard of you have your facts all mixed up as it had nothing to do FTA box companies. There are people in court and it is a direct result of a careless reseller
