Please google this phrase and check witch dealers are ok for you.. {list of clone dealers}.

I have dealt with worldwidesatellites for many years, and haven't once received a clone receiver from them.. Not sure about now, but in the past they were top notch..

We are referring to jynxbox clone only. It is possible that some dealers bought without realizing they were clones.

how would that happen? They buy their boxes from the distributor and first thing somebody else shows up acting as a distributor and giving them a better price on them. Only 2 ways that could happen, he was buying clones or he was buying from a stolen shipment. These dealers may blow smoke up some people's butts but anybody that has been in the game as long as a few of us have have heard all the songs and dances before

It is very easy to buy receivers from a distributor that are defective and or are clones as some of us are a tad busier doing other things and the last thing on top of mind is that a box is a clone. Since the early eighties I have bought and sold quite a few boxes so the "few of us" that you are referring to should stick to telling noobs where to post and don't try and put me down or try to tell members that a mistake cannot be made.

Just for advice for those that are thinking of purchasing any brand receiver, not just a JB, look and see what type of return policy they carry and whom pays return shipping. A reputable dealer will stand by their product and fix most problems to customer's satisfaction.

I would think tht if you are purchasing something to resell that you should know what you are selling. Otherwise if you are selling a clone and representing it as a real box then you are committing a fraud. What happens if somebody orders a jynxbox and you "unknowingly" sell them a clone and they want a refund? Do you exchange it for the real deal? DO you also suck up the return shipping costs or does the poor sap you ripped off have to pay that?

And yes it is possible to get a bad shipment as a result of a bad production run but do you really think there is anybody green enough to believe you got a shipment of clones from the distributor? You might have bought wholesale from another dealer but you will not get clones from a distributor :)

I can verify that fullmaxy60806080 is a clone dealer because I got burned. eBay let him get away with it too by not giving me a refund.

In the meantime, if anyone knows how to fix this dead POS or knows where I can get a power supply unit for a Viewsat 9000HD (not a clone), let me know! LOL I'm work minimum wage and buying a replacement is a big purchase for me.

Use straight through cable and loader found in files section and load factory file. Then load any file that does not have the clone kill in it. Makes sure to factory default after loading file.

It doesn't pay to buy a knock off. Hope you can at least get some use out of it.
