ilink 9600 remote problem?

trying to connect the ilink remote to samsung tv but isnt working. Im pressing tv and ok at same time till tv light stays solid. I hold the channel up button until tv closes. once tv closes i press ok, however after i push the power button nothing works. what can the issue be?

Is there another way? I think this used to work before.

turn on your tv..press tv and ok button at the same time until tv button stays lit,,then using channel+arrow press and release,press and release slowly until tv powers off..then press the ok button to save..it should work..to change your tv channels dont use the arrows,use the channel and volume buttons located on each side of your remote control..good luck bud
