Will a converter for component to HDMI switch will work? This box doesn't have an HDMI output only component.

Also my TV has only one HDMI input and I have a sub with D*** I was thinking of using a switch that will have two

input HDMI and one output HDMI will that work? Because both my receiver and D*** PVR are on at the same time will

it give me problem?

Thanks a lot!

I do not understand, you have a nano premium receiver that you want to connect through HDMI?
why do you need to connect the nano through HDMI when it is not an HD receiver and simply using the component cables will do the job for the nano and you can connect your sub through HDMI

I want it to become an HDMI output, I was hoping it will give a clearer picture when I am watching TV. And besides I don't want to

buy a new HD receiver yet since it is cheaper just to go this way and also dough is kind of tight right now. :)

honestly, I think you will get a better pic using the component cables as your nano receiver does not have the upscale feature needed to improve pic quality when using the HDMI cable, you could try but it might be money out the window and if money is tight right now than I would wait and save up for an HD receiver, HD receiver's are reasonably priced, you can get a used nfusion HD for under $100 or even a new HD receiver for around $175-200

Well, a quick google found that there are matrix switches for HDMI that can switch a selected HDMI output from up to 4 inputs. Price is about $55US. Now, I bought an HD FTA box for about $50US from China a while back, so I'm not sure if that is a cost effective way to solve your problem (I would think that TV would have other ways of getting signal from box to TV for outputs that exist).
