I was wondering what true fta sats you guys have been using that has any interesting English programming on it.

I'm using Galaxy 19 at 97W but there really isn't that much English programming. If there is, they are mostly infomercials. You'll probably get more English channels with rabbit ears.

Try 125 and 63 they both have some PBS feed etc and one HD channel as well. I watch them a lot. You will have to set up the transponders manually . Look on Lyngsat for specs. They are both linear and will need a 36" dish minimum.

That truely is the best advise. Lyngsat.com is a wealth of info, just follow the links about half way down the page
were it says "Free TV" ------->>> over to the right hand side "North America" or just below it is "Top Free TV" and different countries.
A little more work involved but there is channels in english out there.

I would say the pansat 3500, coolsat 5000 or 6000 and fortec are your best for true fta.
