Does anyone kno how to fix the server list screen?

Got home tonight and noticed south was down for me so I let it be for a lil bit. Then I tried again didn't get anything so I went into menu made sure wifi was on... Then I went to server list and nothing is there but I can see the page and the red green yellow blue tabs but there is no functions to read what does what when I click em it does nothing.. I factory defualt and reloaded the newest bin (couse I can't find a factory file) and everything shows up right except the server list page again

i have been trying 2, but when i push epg to load the options it loads something else like a network folder and when i click inside its blank also the tabs dont show the info on what is what

hi there put on the latest file 2.4 for your receiver do a rescan of all satellites and re enter your ps server

your box connected to net via lan ?

sometime to get serverlist to be active

make sure lan has ip address

your box is not getting ip from your rowter to mac address of receiver you see your ip but its jammed
unplug the unit from power let it seat for 5 min and than plug it back make sure you have a new ip rebooting the router is better to make sure than you will see the green yellow with words next to it ,than you can add the server

i see the mac id and i see my ip and other info but still when i click server and add password and press epg it /pages 1/1 under it a folder [dir] NETWORK when i click inside it just shows [dir]... i have nothing where the tabs are no words next to the green yellow tabs i did have them first time i hooked it up a couple weeks ago.
Also when i hit fav on remote it opens the same directory as if pushed epg

if there was a factory file availible i would have taken it back by now im honestly frustrated with this as i have tried everything basic i can think of.

Never seen this problem before. Why are you hitting the EPG button to add a new server?

Happened to me many times with this box. No real cure i know of except rebooting and trying again. Frustrating.

Rebooting and reloading the software update? Or
Just rebooting and connecting the WiFi or Lan?

Testing things out to see if I can get around the problem. I just loaded software update 2.51 and experienced the same problem as everyone else.

Figured it out. I had the wrong software loaded onto my box. I had the pro version loaded onto my mini.

It also fixed the applications not loading. I was also able to duplicate the problem. Everyone go back and make sure you match up the right software with your correct box.

good thing is that even wrong software is able to load completely on the unit but won't damage the unit

just disabled the functions

you can make any s/w as a factory file:

c/p

extract the zip file and rename the udf file to

pinwheelhdfactory_fw.udf

(note: if you are displaying file extension in Windows, the file will be pinwheelhdfactory_fw.udf and if you are not displaying file extensions in Windows then file will be pinwheelhdfactory_fw)

No. I unable.
My limesat hd air worked until it burned out at my house for year.
