I was thinking of buying the HD Ultra, but just noticed that the files section is closed for posting. Is there an issue with the Box? Should I stay away from it?

Last file posted was 243 a few weeks ago. Have both a V1 and V2 box and other then a front display glitch on the V2 they have been good. Do not buy for PVR as there are issues with recording and so far still has not been addressed.

I guess the question I'm asking is the files section is closed. Is there support for the box.

yes there is support,the file section is just where you get your file to down load to your receiver.
