hello group
a question for the wiring experts . my buddy moved from his home recently where he used multiple dishes and switches to run 4 hd receivers
he moved to a new home and decided to have a legit install and 4 receivers . the installer put in a dish pro plus 1000.2 and a node switch into a dp1k switch . from that point the cables run to 4 dish recievers
what he would like to do is know what is necessary to get his 4 nf hd boxes going . we understand the noi hookup process but this is more about the wiring .
he was recommended to get a dpp44 switch which he has
is there a diagram showing the wiring layout?
there are currently 2 lines coming from the lnb to the node and from the node a single wire comes into the attic
i am unsure what is in the attic
will check it tommorow
probally a dp1k switch
any recommendations on how to get things going
if it is necessary to disable the current set up for the legit setup that is acceptable
