Download and run "Malwarebytes"
It will find the malware and get rid of it.

Thanks, did it rebooted when program asked me to and still I get the second window, what I notice on this second window is that it doesn't have the browser's tool bars, only the address no return forward or refresh buttons, when it happens sometimes instead of the link I showed before it goes to vube dot com, babylon dot com adobe dot com and few others like adcash dot com, it seems more of a pop up but I checked all 3 browsers and pop up blocker is enabled, really getting on my nerves I think I'll try uninstalling the chrome and mozilla and re install it again Turbo
after I click summit this replay another window started with this addy and then re directed to adcash

Sounds like a hi-jacked browser, take a look here.

If this happens when using IE, go to your "Start" then "All Programs" then"Accessorys" then "System Tools" run the "IE without add on's" and see if it does it.
If it doesn't then there is an add on in the main IE platform that is causing it, I would look in the IE add on's (and other search providers you have) for anything what may be causing it, you could do a screen shot of your IE add on's and post it back here for us to analyze.
To do this open IE, then go to "Tools" then "Manage add-on's", it will look like this.
