How to update EPG on BEV

Hey guys,
Just started testing this new 8000HD Plus box and I'm just having some issue with the EPG on my BEV. It seems to only grab a few things on the EPG about an hour past when I boot the receiver, and nothing after or before that. I've tried searching around here on the forums and I've done everything I could find:

-Sitting on a channel 50 (12311), or sitting on channel 202 (12428) doesn't seem to do anything
-Hitting EPG and then hitting FAV (this just doesn't do anything for me at all)

I'm running the newest file I can find (Star HD_03Sep2013_V137_3), and others seem to be having good success with the EPG on this box so I'm thinking I'm doing something wrong and would love some advice. Thanks!

try 2202, 2019

I assume you're meaning that I should try 202 or 019 and you added the 2000 prefix? I left it on 202 all night and it's only got a very sporadic (even less so than yesterday) EPG. The channels where it did populate it did for about 24 hours though.

I am having the same difficulties and have tried 202, 225, 228, 528 and 199. Also I have zero epg on 82 HD.

After having no EPG except for maybe on 1/10 channels SD and no HD. I turned OFF the receiver, and that got me the same as I had yesterday. Pretty much every channel has EPG data, but only about an hour in the future (not the current programs) and only 1 program.

Annoying, other than this issue I'm loving this thing.

Old info maybe it will help worked for me with cw3ksky1.Let it sit on one channel and then epg will populate (usually within 5 minutes)
