A friend on mine just bought a brand new never used nano2
and I am wanting to help him convert it to a i-link so it can be used on private
I know how to convert the nano2 to i-link but what files need to be loaded into the virgin nano2 before it can be converted??

But does not the npn factory file and the npn file have to be loaded to make the nano2 IKS capable before the conversion??

so both npn factory and npn 129 need to be loaded??
and what is the correct npn factory file I am sure I have them saved on a usb stick around here
just wanting to know if the factory file and which one needs to be loaded and followed by installing 1.29 before the conversion???

1 factory default and reboot a couple times
2 load NPN_8.10_Factory.NPN factory file in boot mode(loaded it twice for the fun of it)
3 load NPN_1.29.NPN in s/w mode
4 load NANO2_TO_ILINK.NPN in s/w mode
congratulations u now own an Ilink
5 load the ilink file IR2x0_2.84.ups in s/w mode
6 factory default and reboot (important)
