Dreamlink V1 vs Dreamlink V4 ?

Just curious what the difference is between the 2.
I bought a Dreamlink back in 2011 so I guess it was a version 1. Anything different with the V4?

Other than a slight mod to allow for easier install of the hd board they are all the same
