Are you talking about the Ultra HD (FTA receiver) or Android HD (media streamer)? Ultra is stuck in 24: hr mode, Android can be changes in the time format settings.

13:00, 14:00, 15:00 up to 24:00hrs
its military time for pm. am stays the same

Uncheck 24hrs in settings/date & time.
