Former WWE Superstar and nWo founding member Scott Hall will be appearing at the 20th anniversary event for Border City Wrestling on October 19th at St. Claire College in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. Appearing alongside Hall is his Outsiders tag-team partner and fellow nWo founding member, Kevin Nash. Hall cut a promo on the upcoming event, which you can check out below:
