Lost channels on 129 satellite including ESPN. how do I get them back

I am trying to get ESPN nfl network among others back on 129. Guy here wants to charge me 100 bucks to do it but I cannot afford o pay that or something that may not require dish realigning. <br />

have some one watch signal and quality while you go out and gently move your dish up and down then left then right.
you dont need to loosen anything at this time as they will see the signal increase or decrease.
what ever move increase,s signal that is the way you need to adjust the dish
sometimes a little tweeking is all that is needed.

Thank you. another person told me that its a lower dish so if therfe is an obstruction then that could be the cause. I went outside yesterday and noticed that the neighbour has bushes that seem to be interfering with the signal. I was hoping this was not the case as now I will have to either move the dish higher or ask him to trim his bushes. I can say with almost a certainty that I will be moving the dish.. lol
