NFPS Donation???

I went to NFPS website to give a donation.. I found that they no longer accept W.U. donations.. They want you to donate thru an epay site.. I done a search and it seemed to be a legit epay site located in china.. Do any of you guys have any info on what's going on there.. Has anyone here made a donation since they changed to epay site???
