View Full Version : Having trouble with Sprint

I have had Nextel/Sprint for over ten years. My first one I got for from my employer. It had push to talk, or maybe direct connect along with phone service. It was great. After that I had a couple of flip phones, then a blackberry. Last Christmas, my wife and I got new galaxy s3 phones. All the bells and whistles. Still learning that one! Anyway, right after the 4th of July, my wife's phone starts to drop calls. Mine was still working fairly well. I take her phone to a Sprint store thinking that something must be wrong with it. They say, "Her phone is fine and that Sprint is upgrading the towers for 4G, It should only take a few days". So here it is Sept.14 and it hasn't gotten any better. I think there are at least 4 towers within 5 miles of my house and one is less then a mile! I keep contacting Sprint,( have to drive about a half mile from my house to get decent service!), and they say the same thing, "Still working on it. We will have it done ASAP'. I still haven't found anyone to tell me when ASAP is! I do get a $20 credit when I call but so what! I miss my land line! Of course we had to reup the contract for 2 more years with the new phones. I was always happy with Sprint until this. How do we get out of this contract? They aren't keeping up there end of the deal!!:censored:
