No EPG guide and not saving port 1 port 2 settings??

Can someone please help..my box acting up! I wanna locate proper files to get sonicview 360 premier with I-Hub working after I do factory reset. Also the dish settings for port 1 and port 2..thank you!!!

You will need either the p2028 CCE fix or the p2028_NoChk file depending on the iHub you have which can be located here:

I've attached some pics below on settings for a dp lnb. I'm assuming that is the lnb you have. You may have to adjust the transponder per your location. I have an 18" motorized dish and that is why it shows 119 in both pics. These are just examples.

Confirm your date and time are correct for your zone.
Confirm "Epg in standby" is enabled in the menu.
Tune to one of the Epg channles listed below for about 10-15 minutes and see if it populates.
If still nothing, turn the box off with the remote when you go to bed.It doesn't matter what channel your on.
Wake to a full EPG.
If still nothing, you may have a transponder file issue.
