Favorite and best setting.. How too

hi all..I want to make a Favorite list on the mini..tried many different things but no luck..any Info would be Appreciated...and if some one can tell me Best Settings for 118/119 and 82/91..i tried a few but al ways some channels missing or 3-4 of the same channel ..i tried different. H/FQ L/FQ ... thanks
