I connect a hard drive Western Digital 3 terrabites, too other Maxtor 1 terrabites, and the two does the same. I connect the hard drive into the usb port and HD Dreamlink says: ĻUSB drive initialization, please wait Ļ. After he says: ĻUSB invalid. When I go to the PVR menu, says the USB is not connected. Do not let me access the hard drive disc. It's like you do not recognize. The pendrive if read. If anyone can help I would appreciate. However, if I disconnect from electric current, said: The USB drive is removed

During my reading I saw...
"Dreamlink will work with up to a 1TB drive, no larger."
and
"The Dreamlink requires the older and simpler FAT32 file structure."
Not certain if that's still current, but try it.

I think all Dreamlink receivers, even newer ones need usb drives formatted as FAT 32. I have several drives that would not work on a brand new DL HD PVR until reformatted as FAT 32. All work after FAT 32 format from 8GB thumb drive up to a Seagate usb3 2.5" self powered 500GB HD.
I think 1TB is max drive size as well, let us know if 1TB drive or larger works.

Power off your Dreamlink, connect your hard drive, turn the Dreamlink back on.
