next fta remote set up help

Hey i got a used next fta receiver today and i have it working fine with no freezing on P$ but i never got the owners manual with the receiver. Does anybody remember how i set up my tv and dvd to work with this remote. Any help would be much appreciated. i have a toshiba blue ray dvd and a panasonic hdtv

How to program your next fta remote control to work with your tv..

Turn on your tv
Press and hold tv option on your remote control until it stays lit
Press and release,press and release, the channel+button slowly until tv turns off
Then press ok to save..
Use the same procedure for your dvd player ..and other devices
