make2dream?????

I am new to this stb. I understand I put file 102 and 103 on a usb. I load file 102 then 103. When I looked in the zip file for 103 there was a make2dream file. What is that? there were instructions on how to use make2dream. do I follow them with 103 then install the file given? I am use to getting the file, loading it and away I go. Any help is appreciated.
