looking like 2.4 is stable and 2.51 has some issues

just confirming that 2.51 does cause some random rebooting

so i fixed it all up

and now running 2.4

so i reccommend using 2.4 until there is a stable next release

thats a little odd fta4me, I have 2.51 installed with no issues, runs great (mini), just a thought but did you do a factory reset before installing 2.51?.

I find that with 2.51 I have to power down the unit when changing the channel. If not, then there is no picture. Power off and then on the picture comes back. Never had that before 2.51.

My box does not reboot with software 2.51.

I think that has to do with the PVR. I could change channels with no problems. I set up the PVR and had a flash in the box and then starting experiencing the same thing. If i changed to a new channel it would never pop in, i had to power off and then on. I took the flash out of the box and did a deep standby and now I can change channels with no issues.

Cheers

I will try that... I kept the box on standby so the EPG could populate.
