cannot get transponder

I was trying to get a football game on sat Anik F1 4020 V SR 30000 - DVB-S2/8PSK, but it would not come in. I even put the TP in direct and scanned it, but it said no data. I have verified that it is Anik F1 by other channels. I have the 8000HD LOCAL with factory file V456 and tuner. I also don't get any of the CTV TP's that are listed. Lynsat lists them as HD clear. What am I missing?
