Need help with new Factory file

Linkbox 8000HD Plus channel names missing.
Loaded up the new factory file V467 for the plus and bin V137 again. Did a factory reset. Unplugged the Ethernet cable and turned off the network channels. Did a normal scan on 91, 110, 119 and 129 which took about 2 hours. Found about 1400 stations so I expected all to be well. Loaded my 2 servers and all expected came in. My problem is that I get channel names in the guide on 91, but the other sats only give the channel number, not the name eg: 105 comes up but not as USA and the epg does not load at all. All was fine before I put in the new factory file. Any ideas on how to fix this?

what is the reason for loading the factory file?

if not mistaken, once a third party bin is loaded it overwrites the factory file rendering the factory file functions useless,

factory file is used if you really mess up your receiver it might return it to factory state or if wanting to use the receiver for what it was originally intended for (fta)

New factory Files are the Manufacturer's way of improving the Functions of the receiver, EX: PVR,EPG,GUI improvements , ect...curious to see what was done in this New file V467. No release notes with the files?
