I CAN'T get the new software to load

I downloaded and extracted the files, placed them on the external sd card, unplugged the jynxbox , held down the reset button on the bottom, plugged in the power cord, got the android robot, then the screen went black and got a process not supported message
?????
Any ideas how I can overcome this problem???

This firmware also works on the Jynxbox Android mini. On first boot up make sure you select "Metro" as the default launcher. Use the built in XBMC, no need to replace it.
