My receiver is online with the server. However I do not know how to load any channels. Where can and how can I get the file?

There is no file for the channels. You need a dish aimed at certain satellites. Then with your remote go into receiver's information and find scan or auto scan. That will load channels. Aside from that you you should spend a couple minutes reading your manual and there are lots of "guides" on this site. good luck
