With the price you paid, I assume you have a Pinwheel HD Pro, but i hate to assume anything. Is that correct? There are 3 different PW HD's. You are aware that the public service will not work in the US, yes? Are you in the US, Canada or somewheres else? Do you have any server info to put into your box?

We'll I am in Canada but someone was saying I need some code to put in to make it work. Can someone guide me where to get that code from and where to input it?

Before anyone can help you more info is needed. What model receiver do you have? What satellites are you aimed at? If you have the Pro model you may not need a code for Dish as it has public support. Have you written the latest file to your receiver? Have you scanned channels in?

only the mini does not have public the other 2 models pro and the iptv have a public server included

The receiver system says pinwheel hd. The box does not say anything. How can I find what model is it?

satellites it was pointing at 110, 118 and 119.

It ran perfectly for a month or two then gone with only few iptv channels up now.

Go to the menu and check your application version!

by the sounds of his comments he has the iptv version , and Zimba you need to upgrade your file to 2.6 , as there have been many improvements in the firmware since 2.0
once you upgrade you should see more options under iptv section .

its version 2 but check on others on main menu on very last on first section!!!!!!!! which version does it says????
