is the oct.bin file still working for p$ i did a reset install the file sat.scan and i got scrambled channel

I don't know about the oct file but the aug 23 2011 file is working awesome at my neighbors house.

yes although the Oct file was the one to use for years, it doesnt work anymore, at least not for me. The August file works & has more features such as ability to upload server settings.

I'm not sure what you mean by providers. iks providers? yes but it is hard to tell because it will not say exactly what provider it is using- especially if there are more than two.

If you mean dn or bev, you must go to a dn channel before switching settings to bev. so not very good for bev.

I wish they would fix that but I like my ilink I think pic in hd is awesome

Ive been playing with the server settings & found that if you have more than one p$ & you want to try having a specific one up, with the others you put 00000 in the port field. Don't leave it blank.

Some people just upload settings from usb drive. I haven't tried that.

Not surprised, the 9500 is a mystery box. Btw the August file allows a list of channels with the previous channel button, not sure if you can do that with the October.
