Converting .ts from "Air"

I'm using [legit copy] ConvertXtoDVD 5.00078b to convert .ts movies to DVD

It works great for SD movies but when I try converting HD .ts the sound in the background is very loud and the voice sound can't be heard when played in a DVD player attached to a HD TV, yet unconverted .ts movie on the thumb drive I D/L to plays right in the computer using Windows 7

I was wondering if anyone else is doing this with their "Air" and how successful they are.
