Describe exactly what you have for set up and I'm sure you will get a reply.
Are you trying to get FTA?
Did you load a P$ file?
Did you reboot after?
What module(s) are you running?
What dishes and LNBS are you running?
Share details like that and I'm sure you will get some help from members.

I have a limesat ultra pvr and its working grate so a decide to get limesat hd y did reboot antenna set up it ok so a went to main menu to installation to antenna set up to satellite name and there is not 110 118 118 120 cuestion what is p$file
