HD channels. BEIN HD channel down

Is BEIN HD Channel down? It says scrambled
Signal 90% It was working about a week ago.
I use NFPSSEVER and ROCKETSERVER

I don't know what are you talking about. Bein sports channel have only audio but no video

He probably means the SD channel which is fully up.
