Limesat ultra v1 factory file question

Why am I not able to get the limesat ultra v1 flashed with any of the factory file or 273 after the box was successfully loaded with 275 bin.
The box was loaded with 275 about a year go and was working very good until recently it is now acting up. Problems with the remote not changing and sometimes getting only white screen on the tv and sometimes 0000 on the display..
Tried using thumb drive and even null modem both fail. Any ideas...

Turn unit off via back switch, unplug and let sit for and hr. See if that clears things up.

having the same problem started a couple of days ago was on 2.73 then went 2.75 same any idea

maybe the box has reached the end of its' lifespan. Limesat Ultra is about 5 years old now
