I received my second box and tried setting it up and it came on ok,connected to my TV and internet,it ran for a few minutes and then shutdown and now no picture and the 3 lights on the front are on and the Net light is flashing when the internet is connected but stops flashing when I disconnect the internet connection.Is there anything I can do to reboot and get the picture back without sending it back to the store?

Try another set of HDMI cables. You could re-image the STB with the latest firmware and see if that helps. I think you best bet is to exchange it and let the dealer figure it out. If it is brand new you don't want to chance voiding the warranty by loading any firmware that wasn't on the box when you got it. IMO
